1. Competition and organiser
The provider of the online competition “SLOTEA” (hereinafter “competition”) is UniBev GmbH, Rotebühlstraße 66, 70178 Stuttgart (hereinafter “UniBev”). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation.
2. Participation
2.1 Any person aged 16 or over and resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are employees of UniBev, employees of affiliated companies and their relatives.
2.2 The event period of the competition is unlimited in time, with the respective partner brands varying at intervals of three months.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
2.3 Registration in the app is required to participate in the competition. After registration, the QR code on the lid of each Slotea pack can be scanned within the app.
2.4 Only persons who meet the requirements described in section 2.1 will be entered into the competition. UniBev cannot be held responsible for late and/or incomplete entries.
3. Execution and prize processing
3.1 Only digital vouchers and discount codes as well as products from participating partner brands will be raffled off.
3.2 Winners will be selected at random.
3.3 The winner will be notified immediately in the SLOTEA app if there is a prize. The vouchers will be made available via a link leading to the respective website of the participating partner brands.
3.4 The limitation period stated on the vouchers applies to the prize vouchers.
3.5 The claim to the prize cannot be assigned or transferred. The prize cannot be paid out, added to or changed. If the prize cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever, UniBev reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
4. Exclusion from participation
4.1 In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, UniBev reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
4.2 Furthermore, UniBev reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorised aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation (in particular collective or multiple participations, unless these are expressly permitted by UniBev). This is the case if, for example, automatic scripts, hacking tools, Trojans or viruses are used or if a participant gains an advantage through other unauthorised means. Furthermore, untrue personal data can lead to exclusion. In such cases, winnings may also be subsequently disallowed and/or reclaimed.
5. Premature termination or cancellation of the competition
UniBev is entitled to cancel, suspend or change the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organiser occur which make the original implementation more difficult or unreasonable for UniBev. These include in particular, but are not limited to, the unauthorised intervention of third parties, technical problems with hardware or software that are beyond the control of the organiser as well as legal violations that are directly related to the implementation of the competition, in particular the manipulative intervention in the course of the competition.
6. Transfer of rights
The participant transfers to UniBev for non-exclusive use as often as desired for the business purpose there all copyrighted rights of use, ancillary copyrights and other rights to photographs and/or photographic works which have already arisen and arise or which have been acquired and are still to be acquired by him/her and which are provided by him/her in the context of a participation in a competition, without any restrictions in terms of content, time and place.
7. Data processing during the competition
7.1 UniBev collects and stores any data provided by the participant, such as email address, first and last name, date of birth, address, gender and other contact address. The data will be used for the implementation and processing of the competition, in particular to determine and notify the winner. Consent of the participant to the use of his/her data remains unaffected by this.
7.2 The data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent necessary to process the prize distribution. Data will only be passed on to third parties without the participant’s consent if UniBev is legally obliged to do so.
7.3 The participant can revoke his/her consent to the use of his/her personal data by UniBev at any time and demand that his/her data from the registration for participation in the competition be deleted immediately. A corresponding revocation is to be sent to: info@slotea.de
9. Data processing rights
According to the Federal Data Protection Act, the participant has the right to information about his/her stored data at any time and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking or deletion of data. 10. Final provisions
10.1 The legal process is excluded.
10.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods incorporated into German law (CISG).
