Your tasks will include:
- Managing day-to-day business and ensuring the smooth flow of goods
- Central contact point for faults and complaints during day-to-day operations and initiation of any necessary measures
- Analysis of all goods flows and identification of synergy effects and optimisation potentials
- Ensuring optimal freight cost management through your competent freight invoice verification
- Conception of new and improvement of existing transport networks as well as further development of the service portfolio within transport logistics
- Selection of transport service providers, from conducting negotiations to finalising contracts
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in the field of forwarding/logistics/transport
- You have a talent for organisation and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Ideally already professional experience in the field of transport logistics as well as project experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility, motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Initiative, a quick grasp of things, as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Technical understanding and knowledge of process management
- Customer and target-orientation as well as a predominantly independent way of working within a team are a matter of course for you.
